A Google Form that will help you go in-depth with your brand so I can understand your goals, message, and audience.

Presentation of Brand
I will present to you in a professional pdf the best logo concept. Feedback will be expected in
1-2 days.

Discovery of Brand
I will start to research your market and competitors. Create a mood board from your pinterest board.

Final Payment of Brand
After final decision, you will receive an invoice from the app "AND CO". You will also use this time to fill out a testimonial.

Design of Brand
I will start off with sketching 2-3 concepts and choose the best one for presentation.

Deliverables of Brand
After payment and testimonials is received, I will send files (pdf, svg, png, eps) in a nice, organized file.

Questions you are thinking
Will you send me the fonts you used?
In short, no. I own the licenses to the font files I use in your project. What I can do is send you the link to where you can purchase or download the font. However, I expand all the logos and any font that I use so you won't need the font files. The only time you would actually need them is if you were wanting them on your website.
Will you send me the editable (.Ai) design files?
These files are not included in the project. However, if you do want them, let me know and I'll create a separate invoice for the cost of these files.
What is the payment Terms?
Payments for each invoice delivered to you are due within 10 days of receipt. In case of late payments, Contractor reserves the right to stop work until payment is received. There is a 30% deposit via PayPal invoice to start the process. The remaining balance is due before you can receive final files. There is a late payment fee of 2.00% per month on any overdue and unpaid balance not in dispute.
Do you accept Refunds?
In short, no. Wants you receive digital files, refunds can't be accepted. However, if you decide during the process that you want to cancel services you can do so upon written 7 day notice. The services will be canceled and you will receive a PayPal invoice of the hourly charges up to that point you canceled for the time that was put into the design. All design files will be owned by the designer.
